Picking Red Delicious Fresh Strawberries

What is the best way to start out summer?
Picking strawberries at a local farm! These red delicious berries are the best you will ever have grown right in your own neighborhood. How could you resist?
Today we went to the field and picked a ton of strawberries. The local farm charges about $1.15 a pound for them. They usually round down a bit on the pound so you are getting a pretty darn good deal! Today we picked just about 14 pounds of strawberries and a just a few more I already ate in the field while picking :)
What will we do with them? Eat them fresh of course! Also have them on cereal in the mornings, snack throughout the day, even a strawberry shortcake sounds really good too!
What is your favorite thing to do with fresh strawberries? Recipes?
